Re: Visit to Hatchers Riflestocks

Thanks for the visit Marcus, was good to finally put a face to a name mate! I don't get much spare time for forums these days due to the combination of my workload, sport and having a young family etc, and obviously am a sponsor over at AHN so most of my advertising / posting gets done there. Plus I...

Re: Wanting a New stock for Steyr pro hunter 223

Just be aware you will have to source a trigger guard as well mate if you want to re-stock it- the factory Steyr prohunter stocks have an integral moulded unit that is part of the whole stock.

Re: Hatchers rifle stocks

G'day Cameron, a quick question if you don't mind :D can you do a stock with say a pattern from one for the action to the butt, and then change out your pattern and do the fore end that is different. My reason being, I quite like the style of my Boyds stocks for my Zastavas, from the action back, b...

Re: Hatchers rifle stocks

Hi Cameron, All good. It was the ad's for the Mark V and Howa/Weatherby that bounced the email back (I didn't try the rest). Was wondering how advanced your options were going to be on stock finish/fit. You'll have to forgive me but the Boyd's business model comes to mind (as its the most common one...

Re: Hatchers rifle stocks

I received my new semi finished stock from Hatchers on Friday. It is a XX grade stock that I think will come up very nicely once it's finished, I have to open up the thumb hole slightly to fit my hands as well as the action ever so slightly but that was all expected. Once I have finished the minor ...
