lol @ John Mc, i like that one "no yolk"!!! Sean, i read your comment regarding the March scopes and thought you no what i won't.......but f@#k it. Your right that a March was not used by either Les or Anthony ( les has one on his light gun) but after thinking about it i realised that ther...

Well done Pete on a great performance on both days. You couldn't have picked the weather if you went off Fridays, glourious weather one day and absolutely shit the next lol but that's how itgoes and it separates the men fromthe boys. Jason, yourself Dave and the lass with the light gun group ( sorry...

I think the saying goes if your tools don't work get bigger ones lol. I believe everyone had a hard day, might be time to invest in some wind flags or a bullet which isn't affected by wind

First off a huge thanks to the Canberra SSAA esspecially Tiger and Mick for a great day. Anyone who thinks the 500m fly is easy is kidding them selves. Thanks also to Peter procal for being the major sponsor and giving away some great prizes. Hope to see you all at the federal cup next year.

Re: WHY are we so far behind the US?
Nor the amount of 1000y ranges and clubs that shoot 1k every week. If you have a look at the weather trends in Missoula you quickly see why the groups are so tiny, mind you the skill and prep has to be there aswell. But all the skill and prep combined with shit winds prevents that alot in oz I belie...

Re: WHY are we so far behind the US?
Jason,
If you count the number of windmills between Goulburn and Canberra ( probably over 100 by now ) I think that should be an indication of the weather to be expected in this area anyways lol

Unless we start shooting at 6 in the morning that is. Also here the Canberra guys shoot 1k once every 2 months so another major...
