Stolle Atlas 6PPC
I finally built one, for a few years now I’ve been on the lookout for a Remington 40X to do up as a varmint rifle, couldn’t find a good one at the right price so I built this on a tight budget. It’s my 1st attempt at stock work and pillar bedding.

If what I heard on Friday is true, Geoff Slee won't be making anymore stocks. Trying to get confirmation first before I say anymore.
I spoke with Geoff last Monday, he told me the same, only selling what on the shelf.

Re: Factory crimp dies
I‘ve never had 22 hornet, though a friend of mine who does couldn’t get his to shoot until someone from the range recommended using a crimp die, he was told it’s reasonably common with this cartridge. Some barrels and projectiles prefer extra neck tension, I usually run more neck tension on BT proje...

Hi all
Anyone experienced with this cartridge, I’m looking for a round to use off a ppc boltface that can be tuned to be on the quite side (if needed), like that of a 22 hornet.
Cheers

6X47 Lapua
Could I get some feed back about attainable velocities for the 6X47 Lapua case with an 8” twist barrel using 103 –107gn pills? and for those who have really tried to push them at what velocity did you get jacket failure?
