Club members wanted for NEW range in Greystanes Sydney area. As we speak we are getting a Brand NEW state of the art 50mtr and 25mtr outdoor smallbore range and Club house. It is just around the corner from our current range in Hylands rd Greystanes 10min from Parramatta. There are a bunch of clubs that share the same range on different days/nights. They are as follows Western Sydney rifle club , which is a benchrest club. They shoot tuesday and thursday evenings from 7pm to 930pm and shoot every 1st and 3rd sunday mornnings from 9am till 11.30am. North Rocks smallbore club shoot every wedsday evening from 7pm till 930pm and shoot both benchrest and prone. Castle hill RSL smallbore club shoot every 2nd 4th and 5th sundays only from 9am till 11am and again shoot both benchrest and prone. The SSAA also shoot on this range every friday night from 7pm till 930pm. Most clubs run interclub competitions throughout the year and hold prize meetings. This sport is for the whole family and children as young as 12years old can participate. Its mainly male dominaed at present but as you have read in other posts females like our own snipwench has dominated queen of the comps in recent times beating all the fellas, me being one of them. So come down and join in the fun and say hello.
.22lr allowed only on this range with low velocity ammo. Most clubs have equipment for you to borrow and coaching available. Cheers Ron

Hi Bec , these photos of the New range where taken a few weeks ago. Every dry day that goes past is one step closer to moving in. We should already have been handed the keys but, delays with costings and tenders bidding to build etc, put us behind. Also the weather hasnt been exactly kind either. I have to take some updated photos as it looks almost complete. Fingers crossed we move in before christmas. Cheers Ron
