Fly Target

Post by Deano 29 »

Curious if anyone has a scaled down version of the fly target you can use as a reference for holding off etc. Say an A4 size or similar.

Cheers,

Straight from the fly rules.
Also have a look here for the complete list of fly rules
http://www.500mflyshooter.com.au
The target is a 10 value target, diameter of 8.54 inches (21.7 cm). The centre scoring ring with the fly is 1.77 inches (4.5 cm) diameter, with a value of10. The width of scoring rings with the value 1 to 9, is 0.35 inches (0.9cm) The Target to include the rules as per the target design.

The overall dimensions of the target are: Height 23.5 inches (59.7 cm) and width 16.5 inches (42 cm) with a variation of +/-2%. The target is to be yellow, with scoring rings and printing in red.

Fly Target

No worries Deano. For holding off at Canberra in September just remember if wind is blowing left to right aim at the target to the left of yours!!! Reverse theory for right to left winds. Hope to meet you up there!
Chappo.
