RCBS 90278 case trim/neck trimmer, anyone used one?

Are they any good? can you remove the trimmer to just to do the neck thickness?

I need to do the neck thickness on my 221 Fireball reformed brass (need to take all of 4-6 thou!! :grrrr:) and am looking for a tool to do it. Let me know your thoughts.
