Well I'm emotionally and physically spent.
Currently dealing with all the hassels of a business purchase and have just come off a week of being on call at work. Yesterday I got roped into swimming at the kids swim club meet so they had enough swimmers to make up a third team. (8 to a team) Not to bad you might think one lap of a 50m pool. My thoughts too until they told me I had to swim a qualification lap to get a time for the handicaping. 2 laps of the pool had me absolutely buggered and then they tell me I've got 5min to recover before I need to do it again because we had qualified for the final. Needless to say we didn't win having given up competative swimming as an 11 year old and having a pack a day habit for the last 25yrs I'm supprised I'm alive I must be though because they say the pain stops when your dead.
To top it off we just got home from dropping off Mitchell (12) at boarding school. Should have been all fine he was the one who sujested boarding school a couple of years ago. Did his own research and told us what school he wanted to go to. He has been looking forward to it for the last 18 months, went to the transition program late last year, 3 days and 2 nights at school no drama at all, even spent the next weekend wearing his new uniform around the house. Has been going away with scouts, friends
Went of to primary school as a 5 year old with out so much as a tear, not today decided he didn't want to go through with it when we said good bye. Had Cheri in tears begging to come home. left him in the dorm and thankfully he wasn't in the carpark when we left. I think given a couple of months we will be lucky to get him home but it might be a bit tough in the meantime.

Sounds like you need a bit of therapy mate.
I suggest you should take a couple of hours for yourself
Just quietly open the gun safe grab your favorite rifle
Take a short drive up to your favorite forest and F@#$EN kill something.

PS 200 metres at your age is a fair effort
