A lil woody

Post by mick_762 »

In the course of changing calibres of mt CZ550 in 30'06 - it was discovered that the factory stock would have too much wood removed in the fore-end with the addition of a varmint weight barrel.

Enter our very own Geoff (aka Ned Kelly). A Roger Vardey stock blank lept out to me of the blanks that he had on hand:

Anyone know a woody rubbing stick whisperer?

Hmm a budding checkering artist could be interested too?

A copy of my Ruger M77 VT.

Same stocks, same barrel length and contours. "Should" make swapping between rifles a no brainer.

Also gives Geoff another pattern and inlet to add to the list.
