Airgun Muzzle Weights

Post by mattw975 »

Hi All,

I haven't been on here in ages, apologies.

Unfortunately I recently lost my job as a mechanical engineer & to keep me busy/bring in some much needed spare cash whilst i job hunt I've taken to the workshop, cranked up my trusty lathe & made a few muzzle weights for various folks to nicely finish off their rifles

I make them so the barrel fits completely inside the unit to the very end There are no baffles or any noise suppression systems in them, they are purely a muzzle weight, handy cocking aid & AR bling only.

If anyone is interested in one, they are $40 + postage (small parcel = $6.95)

PM me if you want more info.

Cheers,

Matt W :)

It looks very nice Matt! What are they made of and what do they weigh?

Are they blued or anodised?

Thanks Lewis,

They are pretty lightweight as they are made from black Delrin. The beauty of Delrin being its tough, polishes up nicely & doesn't show scratches as its black all the way through.

I also make top hats & spring guides for the home spring gun tuner. Unlike others I make mine approx 0.1mm oversize so owners can emery cloth the last fraction to get the perfect fit.

Take care,

Matt W :)
