This is my third and fourth order through them.
Nothing ordinary about them, communication can be a lil slow on what we may expect - i.e they confirm the order and they tell you when its sent.

I got an email anout one item on this order offering an item that was on the shelf Vs a made to order item (same dimensions different fluted profile reamer) cant ask for more than that!

Personally (dont jinx me now) i have never had an issue ordering through PT&G.

Yeah I emailed yesterday and had a reply this morning when I woke. What I want is on the the shelf too. The other mob I tried to deal with still haven’t replied 3 days later. I haven’t had a bad deal with PTG so far either. I think any issue has been over hyped bad.

Items have made Melbourne - I am expecting them here in a day or so.

I hope border farce in Melbourne acts a bit faster than Sydeney it took them 3 weeks to post them after they received my B709A
