I got the same one and it works a treat no problems or complaints from me.

Hey Camel does mean that what i just wrote is crap because someone will read it on the internet.

That would be the lot that he brought up that was made by the butcher in Pambula. It is very, very, very, yummy and very cheap for what goes into making it.

Ya it's from Goodalls Butcher Merimbula 0264953009 $60 Kg + $13 shipping up to 3kg

He just put the price up at the end of January. First price rise in the 8+ years I have been been buying it.

Next time you are in there Daisy, could you ask him which marinade he uses, I really like that one, and it leaves a nice tacky coating on the outside. Mine doesn't have that.

I'd never really thought about our drier! did most fruits really well...

Ended up cutting about 6-8kg of Venison back straps into tiny steaks after a week of waiting as a local here who offer to make Biltong..... You've just inspired me
