You could be describing me there, Tony... I'm 60 and adding to it, heavily osteo-arthritic, and retired, (well, on a disability pension, anyway... ) but don't own a 303....

Woob,

Speaking of 303's I was at Horsley Park the other day and having walked out and climbed into the car and about to leave was confronted by Val.

Val asks 'Were you looking for a 303'?

No Val, I replied. I would only own a Mauser

But back to the topic.

I came up with another. I am contending with only a factory rifle.

My usual excuses are
1.Im only shooting an old factory rifle ( gotta stop using this one with my fancy open class rifle)

2.Im getting too old for this Sh#t. (doesnt work well as I,m usualy the youngest).

3.Bloody wobbly gun, each time I buy a new gun, I get a wobbly one.

4.Stupid bloody idiots doing the marking,I didnt aim there, I think they are just watching the stupid flags and putting the stupid markers where the stupid flags are pointing, not putting the marker where my stupid bullets are hitting.

5. Doh, I put the wrong powder in. (though the time I put the wrong powder in (2209 instead of 2206H) the rifle shot better than it ever had).

6. Yep, soon as I put the bolt in , a catergory 5 cyclone comes into my lane (and my lane only going by my scores)and as soon as I pull my bolt out, its a dead calm for the other shooters.

I just blame the current NSW premier for my poor performance in life atm, the family have been very understanding and the NSW public is killing him in polls hehe
