Shout out to bushnel

Post by mistit »

Here is one for bushnel
2.5 years ago I lost this rangefinder off the bonnet of the truck in a stubble paddock
While ranging pigs then sitting it on the bonnet and shooting then jumping in the truck to drive flat out down a fence line in the process it fell off to be lost forever .
2.5 years later the farmer is riding his quad along the fence and stops to check a pig he just shot and low and behold catches a glimpse of the rangefinder out of his left eye .
Well the battery is still fully charged and works perfectly
He was telling me at one stage it would have been submerged in water when the river flooded
Built tuff I reckon

I reckon Bushnell would love to hear that testimony - they might even sling you a free Trophy XLT 3-9x40 for the benefit of using it in their advertising!

That is uncredible I am very very surprised. As I had a Bushnell range finder in my top pocket and got caught in a thunder storm = Dead rangefinder

Missed it really has been in a stubble paddock for 2.5 years
I thought the same as you when he said he found it and it still worked
